Oaktree really understood what we needed. If you have a mobility problem then they are the company to use. The installers couldn`t do enough for us and would recommend to anyone. Best people ever.

Right from the beginning they were great there was nothing pushy about the company - mark who demo`d was great explained everything answered all my questions and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to others this company is great.

We were very happy with Oak Tree Mobility. The sales guy was not pushy at all and brought us a small bed for us to try. We have had one problem with the foot mechanism on my side but the company soon came out and sorted this. This company were much more pleasant than the other company that had come round to quote us. It was good to compare.

People should read invoice carefully as they didn`t deliver what was expected, 2.5ft delivered instead of 3ft wide. Compensation offered but still waiting. Not happy with the quality of bed or the way the bed operates. The people installing were very nice.

We did order the beds and there was a delay in the production, which is the only reason I would give the service 4/5. It has enhanced my quality of sleep since having the bed, so generally I am very happy and would recommend Oak Tree Mobility.

They said a date to be delivered and they tried to get the bed in but couldn`t get it in one piece. I then had to wait 3 weeks after that for a new bed to be made. Once it arrived it only took 20 mins/half an hour to set up and they explained all the different bits to me. I was happy with that. I would definitely recommend having an adjustable bed but I would not recommend the company because I would shop around first. The main reason being the quality of service, I feel they should`ve taken measurements when they first sold me the bed, there was no communication when things went wrong, no keeping me updated with the situation of the delivery, which aggravates me more so.

Oak Tree Mobility were very good indeed- very pleasant- I have no complaints at all. The sales representative was excellent- really good. The delivery people we`re not so good. They didn`t check everything before they left and there were bits my husband had to finish. I am sitting in my chair now and I`m very comfy.

The only thing I wasn`t informed about was not being able to use my electric blanket on the foam, but Oak Tree have since told me I can use for 10 minutes at a time. I am happy with the experience and would recommend Oak Tree Mobility to other people.

My mum and dad have had a few issues with the chair but this has been resolved very efficiently by Oak Tree Mobility. Their after care is excellent and have made sure we are happy. If you can afford one of these products they are definitely worth it.

The experience we had was straight forward and in comparison to other quotes from other companies Oak tree Mobility seemed to be the most fair. They have done exactly what they said they would do and so far the bed is proving very comfortable.

We have had a few problems with the product- measurements weren`t right for the fitted furniture we have around it. The company have been excellent in how they have dealt with this error though and compensation is due to us for the the changes we have had to make. The product itself is first class and we would definitely recommend the company.

Very good. The only general comment I would like to make is that buyers need to be made aware that the mattress takes time to be flexible enough to settle as it should. This may take up to 6 months, so to have been aware of this would have been useful as currently my wife`s feet do not reach the floor when mobilising. Otherwise the whole service was very good- we had a lot of help from the agent that first came out and there was no pressure to buy at all, only support.

I have mentioned to them how pleased I am with it. There was just a little problem with the delivery, in that they said between 9-5 which I feel most people would prefer a morning or afternoon time frame. This they said they are working on to improve for customers.

I was expecting the guys to be there for a few hours setting up the bed, but they sorted it out very quickly. I am very happy with the product except for a dip into the middle of the mattress which I am going to call them about.

When the guys unpacked it, the chair had previously been dropped somehow, so one of the wheels has been damaged, they replaced it temporarily with an odd one as it was the Easter holiday, this is now over and the wheel still needs to be replaced, so I will have to chase this. Other than that, I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend them.

There was a problem with the mattress- it had metal clips which had fallen off. The operation and the quoting were all very acceptable and the staff were all very polite.

Over-all happy with the company, although the bed didn`t have casters on the bottom when the chap told me they would- only skittle legs. I also had to wait a month for delivery but I don`t think this is the companies fault. No other problems with the bed so I would recommend the company to others.

What impressed me most, was when things did go wrong (out of their control) - they took full responsibility and were very positive in dealing with the problem and even upgraded our bed as compensation. I cannot fault the service they provided to us.

I was promised a 4 week delivery but it took 8 weeks to finally receive the chair and that was with me continuously chasing them. The after sale service is appalling i am still waiting for an apology and feel i am owed compensation.
