Internet customer review and feedback service Feefo have acknowledged Help My Mobility as a ˜Trusted Merchant following the companys consistent performance during 2013.
The status has been awarded in recognition of Help My Mobility maintaining 85% or higher customer satisfaction across the last calendar year. Customers can rate the service or website of any registered Feefo company via an email feedback form, focusing on two areas “ the company/service experience, and the products.
Independent information website Help My Mobility scored an average of 93% between January and December 2013, across both segments, and have been rewarded with a certificate of Excellence in Customer Service.
Managing Director Jason was delighted with the result, stating;
