Just had a delightful Lady call us to discuss scooter warranty, a she had bought a scooter that was only a month old as the previous owner no longer required it shortly after purchasing it. The problem was that the scooter shop that sold the scooter wouldn't transfer the warranty into her name.This lead to myself assisting her to find out the fault codes on the scooter, so now she is in a position to get the scooter fixed at a reputable dealer.
