Its a little uncomfortable. I do suffer from a dislocated leg so it can only adjust the whole leg and not just the knee which causes me more pain. It is maybe a function of the deep mattress, so I may have to change the mattress in the future. I would still recommend McCarthy to others though for the service they provided.

They delivered the bed earlier than I expected it. They certainly left everything tidy, the guys who set it up were very polite and clean and tidy and I cannot fault them. I am a large gentleman and it is the most comfortable I have been for years. This bed has been fantastic, I am sleeping better and I am so much more comfortable,

Very good service with the timing of the delivery - my only gripe was that they didn`t take the old bed away when McCarthy had promised they would. Best nights sleep I`ve had in along time!

We were given a date for delivery which was then bought forward to 1 morning my parents were due to be out after lots of discussions they agreed to deliver the same day but in the afternoon. The day before i received a text to say the bed would be delivered in the morning so i had to make arrangement`s for someone to be there the bed never turned up i rang they said it would be the afternoon, half 5 cam still no bed rang again bed arrived 7ish - delivery driver said that we weren`t even on the list for delivery today. Old bed removed to then find out wrong bed had been ordered but we had to keep the bed as they`d broken the old one on removal 10 pm came they finally left we have since received the correct beds but it was hard work everyone was very apologetic. I would use again as customer service was spot on and my parent are pleased with the quality of the bed.
